"If you’re looking for total relaxation, Menjaga Bay is perfection. This was the most relaxed and beautiful holiday I could have asked for. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I stayed with my young daughter and we already miss the staff’s kindness and smiling faces. "Our room was cleaned twice a day. Staff was always nice and friendly. The resort is quiet, well maintained, and lovely with an open beach to watch sunsets. Buffet breakfast offer lots of options including native food dishes and an omelette station every morning. There is also a swimming up bar at the pool that serve good cocktail drinks. I would stay there again."

"Great location on the beach, beautiful resort, nice breakfast buffet and convenient shuttle service. Not only do they provide complimentary shuttle to/from airport or other location, they also provide daily shuttle to town at 6PM and pick up at 9PM.
The room was very big with a nice ocean view. Staff was very attentive and friendly. "

"A lovely hotel for anyone who wants to relax in a stunning location. With it's own private beach, you can enjoy the sunset right from the pool or restaurant, and we even had a few friendly water buffalo wander past! If you want more hustle and bustle then perhaps stay closer to the port, as there aren't many shops or restaurants nearby, but this was the perfect place for us to recover after our action-packed Komodo Islands cruise. "Special place on Sereya. The staff here were superb. Puk Alfonso at the bar was excellent and made great cocktails and always served with a smile. Grace in the restaurant was also great. An injury was treated effectively and quickly by staff Jeffrey and Richard. Great service all round. Beach is great and having bangalows right on the beach is a real nice. A top stay for 4 days"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Only one drawback: It was a bit confusing entering the cafe/restaurant area for dinner & breakfast because there was nobody at front to greet me, show me to a table and give me a menu. It was almost 10 mins after I sat down before a waiting staff member came over.
Otherwise, I would rate the hotel as “good”."
