"I think that the housekeeping and customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help us out. 4 starts because we had a fire alarm test ignoring Do Not Disturb signs. Also 10:00am is a very inconvenient checkout time. I didn’t realize it was more of a timeshare owned property and I feel there are some negatives that come with that. Positives were a fridge, nearly full kitchen and washer and dryer."

"It was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The balcony view was to die for. I would love to come back in a heartbeat! Again, I apologize for my husband taking the shampoo and conditioner thinking they were mine lol! We did leave (intentionally lol) an unopened bottle of laundry detergent that hopefully someone will use! :)"

"Excellent location with easy access to Haena via shuttle, Hanalei for shopping and dining, and lots of beautiful nearby beaches with INCREDIBLE snorkeling. The condo was a bit dated but was clean and well-stocked with just about anything you might need for a longer stay. The patio was expansive and great for coffee/breakfast in the morning and winding down in the evening. The host was attentive, checked in with us regularly, and responded quickly to inquiries.
