"There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. "

"Staff upgraded us on arrival which was a lovely treat. Very clean and well presented rooms in the townhouses. Lovely big pool central to the townhouses with palm trees and loungers. Lots of other pools and restaurants around the rest of the site. Negatives: Hotel is attached to a huge ‘shopping mall’ which is more like a giant evening entertainment centre with really loud music and flashing lights from loads of restaurants. Very difficult to get a peaceful and good quality dinner. Sound doesn’t...
