We asked to hold our luggage before check in and after check out only to find it hanging out in the lobby at some point without any supervision. There are only a couple elevators in the building and they take very long time to arrive, so if you can, book lower floors and just use the stairs to save yourself waiting full 5 minutes for a small...

"Room cleaning was made every other day unless if requested. I learned it on my second day, and not upon arrival, so after a day out I was desapointed to see my room not clean. I asked for my room to be cleaned which was done immediately. I also asked for my room to be cleaned the next day as instructed. Well, when I came back the next day to my room after a day of walking outside in the rain, my room hasn’t been made yet. I called and requested the room to be clean and explained what happened...
