"We had clean room, good security. The trattoria restaurant was excellent. The breakfast at Tic Tok restaurant were big. Please notice the Hotel, our room get cold to soon, the cold filtered inside the room 1984, when the windows were closed. We felt the wind coming inside. We could administrate the temperature of the air conditioner so we did had the possibility of warming the room. We asked for a room with queen bed, but they gave us a full size bed. (we did not complained about it.)"

"Hotel was in a perfect location. Close to Times Square and 5th Ave. Front desk staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping was always very attentive. Rooms are a good size for New York, stayed in a double queen and room was very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small but it’s expected in New York. Overall would totally book again. Very happy with my decision to stay here. Have been to New York several times and this hotel is my favorite thus far. It has it all location, great...
