"The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, smiling and always helpful throughout the stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool bar, which had a beautiful panoramic view and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the bathroom water was not hot enough, and the water drainage system was quite slow, which could be improved. Overall, we still had a pleasant experience."

"Great location on the beach, beautiful resort, nice breakfast buffet and convenient shuttle service. Not only do they provide complimentary shuttle to/from airport or other location, they also provide daily shuttle to town at 6PM and pick up at 9PM.
The room was very big with a nice ocean view. Staff was very attentive and friendly. "

"A lovely hotel for anyone who wants to relax in a stunning location. With it's own private beach, you can enjoy the sunset right from the pool or restaurant, and we even had a few friendly water buffalo wander past! If you want more hustle and bustle then perhaps stay closer to the port, as there aren't many shops or restaurants nearby, but this was the perfect place for us to recover after our action-packed Komodo Islands cruise. "If you’re looking for total relaxation, Menjaga Bay is perfection. This was the most relaxed and beautiful holiday I could have asked for. The staff are absolutely wonderful. "Special place on Sereya. The staff here were superb. Puk Alfonso at the bar was excellent and made great cocktails and always served with a smile. Grace in the restaurant was also great. An injury was treated effectively and quickly by staff Jeffrey and Richard. Great service all round. Beach is great and having bangalows right on the beach is a real nice. A top stay for 4 days"
