"Our stay at Silverland Sakyo surpassed my expectations, from airport pick up, to checking in, welcome drinks and afternoon tea. All the staff were very attentive to our needs including just a simple opening the door to getting the elevator for you, from waiting for your grab to arrived. They won’t let you stay outside while waiting they will wait for you. The room is spacious, the bidet is the biggest factor on us booking the hotel. Free minibar and afternoon tea. "Room is quite old but very clean. Staff was exceptional. They were all very nice, professional, and helpful. I would come back just because of the staff and the exceptional service that they provided. Hotel location is right in downtown area with easy access to shopping, food, and attractions. Metro is nearby which is another great plus."

"スタッフさんやフロントの方など皆とても親切で素晴らしかった。 アフタヌーンティーも生演奏とオープンキッチンで作ってもらい最高だった。窓なしの部屋は朝か夜か分からなくて圧迫感があったので、料金か少し高くついても窓ありの部屋の方が良いかも。立地も日本人街に近いし、すぐ近くに業務スーパーがあるので日本人が宿泊するにはとても便利だ。 ホテルの話とは違いますが、帰りのGrabタクシーを呼んだ時はスタッフさんがついて出て下さったので無事に空港に行けたが、朝お出かけにGrabを読んだら偽物のタクシーが来て、騙され乗ってしまい、怖い思いをした。ホテル前でも怪しいタクシーは来るので注意して欲しい。"
