We needed to move rooms as we and staff had difficulty setting up the A/C. We also suggest a rubber mat in the slippery tub/shower. "

"Lovely hotel in perfect location, the room was spacious and comfortable. Great location for shopping and access to the underground with easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants. Our only concern was that a member of staff entered our room at 6 pm after we had been shopping on the last day, they saw we were in and quickly scurried away. We raised this by email with the hotel but have had no reply."

"Insgesamt gute Zimmer. Frühstück und Bar waren gut. WLAN Zugang gratis leider nur bei Angabe der Persönlichen Daten und eine Gratismutgliedschaft. Das war schlecht! Bein Check Out wurde nur mir zwei mal das Frühstück abgerechnet, obwohl dies inkludiert war. Rückerstattung soll wohl innerhalb der nächsten Tage erfolgen "
