"The spa and beach were awesome. We were in a standard room which was ok, Mountain View. Could use an update. Almost all staff members were very friendly and courteous and tried very hard to be at our service round the clock. The water sports team was great and the evening shows were entertaining. This was our second trip here so we really liked the property which had the best beach in the Caribbean. The food was ok, plentiful but somewhat repetitive and could use some healthy options and updates...

"The room was very dated and the finishes were lacking. You could tell that the room had been repainted in recent years but the coat of paint didn’t do much to enhance the overall appearance. The beach view however was magnificent "

"This is absolutely one of the worst places to vacation in Antigua, after staying in many other resorts in Antigua, this is by far the worst. The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The food is the worst I have ever seen. We literally went out to dinner every night after the first night, even though it’s supposed to be an all inclusive. It was so bad. Their very limited dinner menu has mostly pork and if you want to eat lobster or steak it’s an extra charge. My wife ordered the steak and...

"We were told we were upgraded to a villa. The villa was located at the opposite end of the property far away from the center of the resort where all restaurants and activities were. The villa was not clean when we got there. The shower curtain was in the sink, the floors and the kitchen were dirty and there were no comforters on the bed. The staff at the front desk were rude (specifically the evening shift). They were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. "
