"Room was clean and comfortable. Was upgraded to garden view. 1 minute walk to bus stop with very frequent service to city centre. Cafe was spacious and offered nice surroundings to work while enjoying good coffee and a tasty pintxos. Free parking. Room service every other day."

"Really lovely hotel I must say! The view of the cathedral is amazing and we had two Juliet doors balconies you can open fully to get fresh air. Receptionists are friendly and room is very clean. Very good location also. I recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely stay here when I come to San Sebastián again."

"I was a solo traveler. I felt safe at the hotel, the breakfast was good, fruit, eggs, ham, bread, coffee, juice. A grocery store was nearby for snacks. The front desk staff was SUPER helpful. The hotel was clean, the shower doors are a bit wired, but I could live with that. I will be staying at this hotel again on my next trip."
