"The hotel had no heating due to a maintenance issue. Guests were not told of this and not offered extra blankets, nor portable heaters. The room temperature plummeted to 5 degrees Celcius overnight, it was so cold, it was hard to sleep!"

"The room was ok,but needs maintenance. Not all the lights worked,big red stain on carpet,but the room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast wes ok,but the fresh fruit options were mostly unavailable. Some jams would have been nice to put on toast,not just the honey that was provided. Overall the stay was ok"

"Great apartment equipped with everything I needed-towels, iron, fridge and cooking equipment. Parking was as advertised a day in the adjacent parking area- you drive up to the shutter and it opens and you then pay up front at the machine. Staff were really helpful and the property was just a very short walk into the centre and 10mins walk to the ICC. Felt safe as a solo female traveller in this area. Hotel is really well sound proofed so no noise overnight."
