"We absolutely loved this property. Location was great. Close to everything. Very short walk to the boardwalk with lots of shopping options, restaurants, beaches. The food was great, we did the half board and we were able to switch our dinner to lunch. The pool was great, lots of chairs, but you need to get there early to put your towel down and reserve a spot. The rooftop bar was so, so lovely. "Localisation proche du centre et du bord de mer à pied. Accessibilité aux grands axes en voiture, et possibilité de parking ( payant) à l'hôtel...idéal pour ceux qui comme moi on la bougeotte 😉 ! L'hôtel offre également d'autres services pour les plus sedentaires ."

"This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)"

"Travelled with husband and father and we all had a lovely stay. Really impressed with variety of choices at each mealtime and staff were superb. Special mention for the young lady who organised entertainment. Her enthusiasm and energy were amazing."

"Really good location and only a short walk to the bus station. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Puerto , there was something for everyone to eat and very good quality. The building was very clean and had great WiFi . I’ve been here 3 times now and will be booking again in the future."

"I stayed at this hotel in March 2025. Perfect location. There are many shops in that area. Good public transportation. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and functional and good value for the money. They offer a good breakfast! "

"Very comfortable and elegant. The kitchen is well organized and very useful. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The presence of shops and restaurants nearby is very useful. If parking was included in the price it would be great because it is really really difficult to find parking nearby."

"The team are friendly and make all guests feel welcome. The property is in good condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. The room were cleaned daily and towels changed each day . Lots of opinions to dine out and the supermarket is 5 minutes away and is open until 10pm. Great value for money and central to the local bus station. "
