"The Ola suite was perfect! Just steps to the ocean and we even slept with the doors wide open to enjoy the ocean breeze and sound of waves all night. We felt very safe. The breakfast and lunches we had there were excellent! They brought us food and drinks to our cabana, the beach bed and the pool. They all went above and way beyond to take care of us. "We stayed in a Teepee on the beach- used the public bathrooms. The public bathrooms were gross but all public bathrooms are- bring disposable toilet covers/witch hazel/wipes/hand sanitizer/etc. There is an option to stay in a teepee by the bathrooms. I could not recommend against that enough/ it smells horrible down there :) The teepee on the beach was so nice. It seemed like we were the only ones staying in those ones. "Best stay!!! Loved the staff , loved the vibe!! Unfortunately i did go when the seaweed was at its fullest but i already knew so we planned to go to a cenote beach club and a lagoon and was amazing. Food is absolutely delicious at Tago and they have a Sushi restaurant there too that I highly recommend. Such an oasis and tranquility. Rooms were gorgeous and the vegetation around was so beautiful. Highly recommend this place, definitely will be coming back!!"

"The view was amazing. The room is just like in the pictures. Its a real palm roof which is good and bad. We went in May and it was HOT!! The only thing we didn't care for was the heat, the poor lil AC didnt do anything to cool the room down. Other than that. Beautiful rooms, the staff was amazing, I wanted to take them home with me. It felt close to civilization and just far enough to be left alone. Wish we could have stayed longer"

"Room clean, a/c was good. We were on the ground floor so back door lead to private jungle with a hammock. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Limited parking so get there early if your driving but they will direct you to close alternative parking spots if needed. Overall 9/10. Very cool place. "

"We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...
