"The inn is a renovated mid-century motel. Its location is walkable to most restaurants, bars, the beach, wharf and harbor. Super convenient! The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. My room was clean and had newish carpet and finishes. It does have an old school window air conditioner that worked well but was loud. There were several couples and families staying at the inn during my trip. The pool and hot tub were clean and not overly crowded and the overall grounds were groomed...

"We enjoyed our short stay here - the courtyard is beautiful. I always wake up first in our family, and it was a nice place to sit and work while everyone else was still sleeping. We arrived very late and had no problem with parking and getting checked in. The room was nice, and overall I would stay here again."

"Hidden Gem Whilst booking I was unsure about whether to stay here as Best Western do not have the best reputation in the UK. If only they were like this property. The rooms are spacious, clean with enormous, comfortable beds and facilities. From check in to check out, everything was simple and easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds clean and tidy with outdoor spaces to meet and relax. I would 100% stay here again if I found myself in the Santa Barbara area."

"Nice hotel and the staff were friendly. The room was not large but nicely appointed and laid out. I liked the fact that there's a microwave, mini-frig, and coffee maker in room. The room appeared to have been updated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the pillows were a little too firm. Love the location near the beach and that the hotel offers free bike loaners. Overall, very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. "
