"The room was clean and fresh. It had coffee maker, clean refrigerator and microwave. Nice clean bathroom and room decor simple but pretty. It was in walking distance to an eatery which was great since I didn't have a car."

"Everything was walkable, easy parking, they upgraded my room. Loved it."

"Great location with ease of access to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. Parking was acceptable though costly for someone not used to city parking. Unfortunately, the day prior to arrival, the air conditioning broke in the part of the building where our reserved room with king bed was located. We were given dual queen beds instead, but without any other compensation. We did not use the other services of the hotel."

"Excellent location. Convenient valet parking although a bit clumsy upon first drop-off. The property seems a bit old and the expedia photos don't reflect properly the room dectoration but overall the room was comfortable and suitably equipped. Staff is efficient but a bit hands-off. "
