"I booked the hotel 3 months early, that time my child is 12 years old, so I booked a room which allows 2 adults and 1 child to stay in. However, by the time we arrived at the hotel, my child just turned into 13 and the staff said the room was not suitable for us, but all other rooms were fully booked. "The room was clean and had a lot of amenities, however it was missing a USB plug for charging your phone. The staff was not very friendly and there would be 4-5 of them behind the desk and would never ask if they could help you. I stood I front while they all talked to each other for about 5 min before I had to interrupt them. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow so plan for that. Wish they had certain elevators for different series of floors. "

"Very clean small shoe box side Tokyo hotel with impressively great service by the stuff, Rather have more walking space than strange and unnecessary large bed - 2 full size bed side by side. Because it was small and no common bath/spa, I will not return to this property."
