"Overall good stay - available parking even though very tight spots, great location really close to the strip and restaurants, big gym, spacious rooms and amenities. The bedding could've been cleaner and it seemed ridiculous to pay for beach towels and to play pool or table tennis, but overall good $$ for value."

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und die Lage praktisch – mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Costa Adeje. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Meerblick vom Balkon (Zimmer 208). Auch positiv: viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und das gesamte Hotel ist rauchfrei. "To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....

"Hotel a little run down. Clean. Staff helpful when we needed them. Parking very difficult. Elevator worked well. Plumbing very noisy in the walls. Local gathering outdoor area across the street which can be noisy at times. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. "
