"Our overall stay was good. There is ample parking. We stayed on the 15th floor and the carpets were fairly dirty (crumbs or food noted) outside the rooms, but inside was fine. Convenient location that requires hotel key to enter the building, which is nice! Due to it being downtown there are lots of emergency vehicles driving by with sirens frequently (4 times on one night, but that’s just how it is downtown in big cities). "Room was hot, beds are very firm. Clean, modern. Pool and jungle gym was a huge hit."

"Everything was fine, except that my room was next to what appears to be a mechanical room where there was a constant low-level humming noise, very irritating. Also, in the middle of the night, there was a sudden large noise when certain machine roared into operation. The hotel should not assign rooms next to the mechanical/utilities building to customers."
