"Was very friendly staff "

"The shower only was a bit of a problem as you actually had to stand in the spray while waiting for water to warm and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as in past visits "

"Very good sit down breakfast included in the rate. The room was clean but 2 or 3 star. It met my needs for a quick rest stop while travelling. There is a small casino and bar in the lobby. There are food options within walking distance. "

"Upon arrival, there was a mixup with the reservation we made through Expedia. The staff member wasn’t too understanding of our position as clients. It wasn’t our fault about expedias short coming communicating with the hotel. We were made to feel like we were at fault, unjustly. We understand that an employees experience dealing with various situations comes with time. Hopefully this constructive criticism will assist for training purposes. "Lovely bath in King suite"

"Always a great stay and location. Staff is amazing. "

"The restaurant/ bar served excellent food. Only problem was there was no hot water for showers/bath for 3 days during my stay. I let them know when I was checking out and they eventually gave me a discount, but only after a lengthy conversation. They questioned me as to why I hadn’t reported it. I explained that I didn’t because a man was working on it outside my room and told me it would be fixed that day so I obviously assumed they knew about it !"
