"Everything about this hotel was fine except that their main elevator was not working. The one elevator that worked was about as far from the lobby as it could be. They assigned us a room that was as far from the elevator as it could be. All the stairways led only to exterior exits so you still had to walk around the building to get to the lobby. The person who managed the continental breakfast was friendly, helpful and kind."
