"Pros: Excellent location!! Super close to Shedd and Field. It’s in a quieter part of town — perfect for families with young kids!! Cons: We had two rooms during our visit. The non-city view room was super dark and dreary and seemed a bit run down. The city view room was much nicer! On our second night, my kids used the hot tub and there was clearly too much chlorine added. Our eyes watered, it caused us to cough, and the foam literally bleached and caused the fabric on their bathing suits to...

"I will no be staying here again. My sink, bathtub and toilet plumbing system was so bad. Especially toilet. I could not flush anything down. Bathtub and sink would hold water and would not drain. Beds are ok. Area is ok. Staff is ok except the guy, who was at least trying to be nice and welcoming. "
