"Som vanligt får man vad man betalar för. Jag valde ett billigare hotell som låg nära Souk El Had. Det är ett mysigt hotell som verkar familjeägt. Personalen är vänliga. Rummet var rent men lite slitet. Vattnet i vårt rum slutade fungera på morgonen så kunde inte duscha, spola i toaletten eller tvätta händerna. Men de gav oss ett annat rum att utfärda våra behov i istället. Vänliga och lösningsorienterade, de kompenserade oss med frukost. +Kundvård, hjälpsamma +Geografisk plats -Lite slitet...

"Location is in central Agadir, close to a bunch of cafes and restaurants, staff are friendly and welcoming. This is a place to drop your bags and explore, great view of the mountain, water was hot and great pressure, room clean, bed comfy, balcony great 😁. Brush up on your french and arabic 😀 but they also speak english. The only issue that isnt the hotels fault is the smell of cigarette smoke..they love to smoke ha They provide an airport pick up at additional fee, they wait for you outside...

"2 jours dans un écrin de verdure, à se faire chouchouter par un personnel très accueillant, toujours prêt à vous aider. Une restauration à la hauteur, du matin au soir. Une chambre finement décorée, une literie confortable et des draps doux. Un coin piscine bien aménagé. Un chien, des chats, des tortues, des oiseaux venant boire dans la piscine. Une volonté de la propriété d’être en harmonie avec et respecter son environnement. Nous recommandons à 100% Encore merci"

"Absolutely delightful way to begin our trip in Morocco after flying in to Agadir. The hotel/riad was the family home with gorgeous woodwork, tiles, light-filled spacious rooms. Melli is super helpful and responsive. Dinner was delicious. The room had a balcony and view. It is an older home so not “modern” like a hotel but totally comfortable and far more charming. Highly recommend if you’re passing through Agadir and not going to the beach."

"Belles chambres mais service et ménage à revoir pour un hotel qui se permets de se nommer "palace". Terrasse grande mais peu utilisable car elle donne sur un espace assez horrible et bruyant. Petiot déjeuner très mal organisé. C'est dommage car ce qu'ils proposent est bon. Emplacement à 30mn de la plage et du centre. Il faut marcher pour trouver un taxi car aucune aide du "concierge". Le quartier est calme mais trop excentré et sans aucune commodité. Aucune navette organisée par hôtel qui n'est...
