"Our room was not cleaned properly. There was a soap wrapper on the floor. The linens had hair on them, and the curtains had blood stains. Housekeeping also looked like they were drinking. They had liquor on top of their cleaning carts. The hotel also houses people who are in a shelter. The floor we were on smelled like weed 24/7. Had I known this I would have not stayed there."

"Everything was fine until I checked out and did not receive my full deposit due to “amenities fee” per the representative that was working today on 5/31/26 at 8:50am. By the way he was not helpful and what he explained made no sense. The fee he explained is for parking and the “complimentary” card they give out to get tapas at their restaurant. So I asked if I didn’t use it, would I still be charged? Why should I pay to park here, I stayed two nights. Ridiculous! The staff when I checked in and...
