"Nice enough place, very close to Farragut North metro station (1 block). Very disappointed that we could not extend one extra night through Expedia after we checked in. The hotel's reservation center wanted to charge us almost double the rate we paid for the first few nights. We ended up reserving a nicer hotel (thru Exp) about 6 blocks away for only 10-15% more, for one night."

"My hotel room wasn’t clean, smelled and looked like previously used sheets was just rewrapped on the bed. Found make up stains and items while checking for bed bugs before I laid on it. Found sticky residue in the cups that was suppose to be new at the bathroom sink. "We experienced the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE that you could possibly imagine at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel. We had a small problem with our room that the Customer Service Staff resolved quickly and more than made up for the slight inconvenience. Additionally, we were there to attend a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery and the dog sitter we had contracted with cancelled at the last minute.
