"I had no great expectations. It happened to be an exceptionally busy weekend, and most hotels were charging $1000 per night, so this one at $100 was definitely a bargain. The property was not impressive, being old and dilapidated. But the room was a surprise. Despite the rust and peeling paint, the room was very clean. "Stayed for the Lions Rugby tour match in Brisbane. Stayed a week and played golf Accommodation was superb and would recommend it to anyone. Ended up hiring a car and paid the extra for secure parking. A great lace with eating places all around. "
