"The property, room and staff were excellent. The location, while near the Queensbridge projects (which is perfectly safe) is really just lacking a lot of quick, nearby shopping and kind of on a desolate street. The hotel itself was excellent and I would stay here again. Simply excellent service, friendly staff and amenities were relatively accommodating."

"The parking lot was very convenient, the staff friendly, and amenities good. However, both rooms that we were allotted during our 13 day stay had faulty WCs. The water level rose so much that my butt would get wet unless I did some yoga like exercises to stay dry! The plumbers who came to repair could do nothing."
