The only downside was the lack of friendliness among staff, especially the evening waitress who was snippy from the start. "Everything about this hotel was perfect. Location, service, room and view, view, VIEW! We would 1000% stay here again. Varena at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and the gentleman at the hotel restaurant in the mornings was so kind and hospitable. We don’t leave reviews often but this was an A+ stay for us. "
