We were then told that we could go into another room and the room had not even been cleaned. The room was as described, clean and exactly what I needed for an overnight stay. The bed was comfy too! The head Porter who welcomed me was really friendly and explained everything to me very well - breakfast was great too. "You don’t actually meet any staff but emails and notices at the property are good. Great location, decent accommodation and well equipped room/ apartment. My only request would be a new washing up sponge and a clean tea towel but that’s just a thought. We would definitely return."
