"Great hotel. The customer service was incredible. The employees attended us wonderfully. The location wasn’t bad either. Least then a 30 min train ride into the city. The area does look stretchy but the people aren’t bad. Everyone minds their own business and keeps it moving. The local delis in the area were a great stop for food and essentials. "You get what you pay for. I was fortunate enough to have a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline but my coffee machine as broken (not a big deal) and the building is in okay shape. I would stay there again but don't expect anything fancy and the location while good if need to be close by isn't really good for anything else unless you want to see Greenwood Cemetary"

"The property is fine, now nost lobbies have plus seating and beautiful areas, this hotel has something that resembles the entrance to a jail...now maybe the location influenced the lack of care for that area. My room was perfect! No issues at all, do i wish there was a microwave ofcourse! But its not strange to not have one in a room these days. My experience was 9 only bc of the lack of a microwave, the area is gritty and if ypure not used to city life i can imagine it might scare you, me i was...
