The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground. Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. "Stay was comfortable. The bathrooms were separate from the cabin and this was a bit of an issue for us. We traveled from overseas, and are not familiar with the setup of holiday parks. Online they do not mention that bathrooms are outside and shared. Overall, it was comfortable."

"We arrived late, it was dark. Great communication but when we got the key it was a little hard to follow the map as the area wasnt lit up that well and the signage was poor. When we got inside there were a few bugs 🐛. I went to boil the jug to make a bottle for my infant but the jug was really dirty. The sink couldnt see if it was hot or cold, could only get one element to work. Unable to connect to the wifi following the instructions. Not able to discuss with staff due to us arriving so late....
