"A well appointed convenient and comfortable loft with fantastic views. Very pleasant and quiet in the late afternoon and evening. We were dismayed at the level of evasive noise including music and clearly audible conversation from the cafe below beginning around 7.20am until the end of the day. Jos did address the loud music in the early hours but still a lot of noise coming from below. Descent sound installation would help. If you are not bothered by noise then a great place to stay"

"The room, bathroom, and kitchenette were very clean. Big plus included a little private balcony with great views onto the bay. Check-in was handled via the phone and the manager came a bit later to check if everything was ok. Parking was free. All in all, a nice place to stay."

"Such a great place to stay for visiting Hot water Beach as well as cathedral rock. They have towels and spades for your use, and maps. We walked to Cathedral Rock and it was a great walk. The Church bistro next to the property is outstanding. Reservations recommended. Also right across the street is kayak rental and a pub very close by. Room is really well appointed and the amenities are great. Our room was quite private and peaceful(1 bedroom cottage)."

"I got bed bugs from this place. After waking up after the first day I noticed red bumps on my feet and ankles. I thought maybe it was from a reaction from somewhere else. Put lotion on and they started to go away. Then after the second night, I woke up with far worse bites. When pulling back the sheets I then discovered black dots all along the foot of the bed in the sheets and red like little bugs. I tried to talk to the cleaning person that morning about this and she was dismissive of my...
