"The house was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The view in the back yard good with the river behind the house. We had Christmas Dinner there and everyone fit at the table and lots of room in the kitchen. I loved where the house was located. "

"Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. "
