"Riverwatch is a wonderful home near the Maine Botanical Gardens. We stay in Boothbay often and this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. It was immaculate and had all the amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed cooking our Thanksgiving dinner in the beautiful kitchen. The management crew even left us a Thanksgiving dinner setup. "Convenient off Rt. 1. Stayed here before heading to ferry terminal in Rockland for early start to Vinalhaven. Walkable distance over the river back to Wiscasett for dinner. Walls and floors seem "thin" or not heavily insulated - lots of noise from upstairs and next door at various points in the evening."

"The studio apartment was as advertised .. so cute.. cozy and comfortable. VERY clean. Perfect for a couple. The view was very nice and there were outside chairs on the property to sit and enjoy! There was just a small microwave to cook in and a small refrigerator. ( setting might have been set too high) I would have found it beneficial to have an electric frying pan or an electric griddle to make eggs or stir-fry veggies . "My family and I stayed at 312 Ocean Point for my 50th birthday vacation trip to Maine in October. The weather was absolutely fabulous and the house was the perfect location for day trips up to Camden and Damariscotta. The cottage is decorated so nicely and was very clean. Beds were also very comfortable. My son, age 15, would have spent the entire time up in the loft if there were a TV or game system up there (just an idea). Thank you!"
