"Visited my child at college, tried out a new hotel, the hotel has a fresh coat of paint but felt old. We checked in and front desk clerk didn’t even look at us in our face. The elevator had a nasty smell. Maybe there were some rough spots but overall a 3.5 -4 out of 5"

"The check in person was outstanding...courteous, friendly, helpful. He noticed that we're older folks and offered us a first floor room with parking right outside the door, which we appreciated. The only negatives were that even though it was obvious the bath had been cleaned, no extra rolls of toilet paper were provided which necessitated a trip to the front desk, and for some strange reason the trashcan in the bedroom had not been emptied. Other than that, all okay."

"Room was updated and clean Staff was very friendly Guest on the floor were very rude. Up at 3am, Slamming doors and talking loud for hours. Didn’t have breakfast but large area plus I saw a gym. "
