"Quick, easy and efficient"

"Property was fine - not brilliant - but fine. Reception staff were professional and helpful. Room cleaning, when requested, did a great job. Very little in the name of amenities. Lack luster lobby (a bit depressing if truth be told). Nevertheless a comfortable stay - no serious complaints. But expensive considering some of the negatives mentioned above."

"An older building, very dated but much cheaper than other hotels around. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. No ac in the first floor bedroom so a little warm. The loft had ac and a nice fan, so that was very comfortable. Overall a wonderful place to say if you are trying to save $$."

"The hotel was cozy and charming and we had a great time in Canmore for 3 nights. The only reason we knocked a star off is some of the outdated-ness affected our comfort. The pilot light on the fireplace seem to give off heat, which would kick the a/c on and blow uncomfortably into the person on the bed closest to it. Meanwhile, everyone in the rest of the room was feeling hot. The beds were also a little bit uneven and sloped toward the middle as though used beyond their lifespan. The toilet...
