"Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. "The room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, well presented. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a good variety of hot choices, cereals and pastries. There was fresh fruit I would have appreciated fresh berries as well since they are currently in season."

We always choose it when we come to Portland because it’s nice to get out of downtown, and we love having IKEA nearby. Until this stay, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. "It wasn’t disappointing, just kind of “meh” — nothing special, but for the price I didn’t expect much more. Beds weren’t very comfortable and there weren’t enough outlets to charge phones or laptops. We arrived at 5:40, but apparently if you get there after 5:30 you have to let them know ahead of time. I wish that information had been better communicated, as we ended up waiting a while for an employee to help us."
