"Beaut room, lovely staff "

"Apartment was spotless and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good, but we didn't need to use much. There were a few bars & restaurants very close to the apartment. I did not see a supermarket (but did not venture far!) The roads around Reading town centre were a bit confusing and our sat nav wanted to avoid roads that were only for buses and black cabs but you need to drive through that zone to get to the apartments. "I stayed more than 2 weeks in Wellington House. 5-10 minutes to town center / shopping mall, restaurants, very convenient. The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, spacious and very new. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff response by WhatsApp is really fast(thanks to the staff, called Levi). "We stayed for 2 nights in the ground floor garden apartment. Accomdation very spotless and had all we need to make our stay extremely comfortable. Really happy with the quality of bedding and towels, plus nice touch to have milk and water in fridge and small bottles of shower gel shampoo and body cream in the bathnroom. The issue we had regarding the hot water was resolved within a few hours of our call. Plus upon returning home I realse that I had left an item of sentimental value to me,...
