"Stayed at the Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar for a week and the experience was extraordinary. The front desk personnel was amazing, great attitude, caring, attentive and respectful, the cleaning personnel were very thorough, friendly and attentive to detail. The location was always clean and the Mahi Mahi bar and grill within the hyatt itself is amazing, food and drinks were on point, not to mention the live music on Friday. "This is a family-friendly, comfortable hotel in a lovely location. The free hotel shuttle to Old Juan and Escambron beach (which has a lovely calm area for swimming and a more open area for snorkeling) was very, very convenient. The shuttle also goes to the T-Mobile District which has resturants, bars, cinemas, zip-lining and an arcade, but you can walk there in 5 minutes if you miss the shuttle. The free breakfast was a plus (though the selection was limited) and there was also a lovely pool at...
