"What we liked and disliked were the same things. We like the fact the historical nature of the hotel and staying in the historical area of the hotel. Historical hotels always have some quirks. Lack of electrical outlets is common as is a step into the bathroom. On the other hand what a great location for seeing the city, and the lobby and ballroom were spectacular."

"The price you see is the price you pay they say. That is a lie. I was charged the price I was told I was to pay plus a franklin for "incidentals" to include a high dollar per night parking fee (no free parking) plus an additional fee. So the budget motel turned into a non-budget bill. What a joke. I should have stayed at a more expensive motel at least I would have had free parking and better amenities. False advertisement. Don't stay here unless you want to pay twice what you were told you...

"Breakfast okay.The first room we got the fridge was dirty and wasn't working.The bedsheets had the same color of red stain of food too.We got a different room as soon as we told the lady in front desk.The beds are so firm felt like I was sleeping on the floor.Plus,they are full size.Online it says queen.Usually,at other hotels I've stayed they are queen.You can hardly fit 2 persons on it.The pool was okay.But,it was dirty like they don't clean it.My husband was taking the leaves out.And cleaned...

"No hot water the morning we left, had to leave early so there was no chance for resolution. Bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived. Otherwise place was ok. Picked it because it was near the airport, so it more or less met expectations."

"they took every amenities and even our snacks and water while we left the room, I don't think they were trying to clean the room because they said there is no room cleaning for the two days stay But anyway our private belongings are gone After we came back. Also one of the staff who has tattoo, she was extremely unkind, we ask her for a new towels but she didn't care about our notes at all, there was no any towel after we came back to hotel I wish I could give zero star for this hotel"

"A number of us from the Madrid High School (Spain) Class of 1965 had a wonderful stay celebrating our 61st anniversary at the Crockett Hotel in San Antonio. Great food and bar, warm vibe, great staff and walking distance to everything memorable in beautiful San Antonio. Across the street from the Alamo.
