"It was the first time a hotel had my room ready and wanted to charge $20man hour for an early check in and was a little disappointed in that. Also was not aware that they only cleaned the room every other day, which is fine if I was made aware of it. To get to room, you had to walk up a very large flight of stairs (with luggage). Free breakfast had limited selection and just plain not good. I would never stay here again."

"We got a suite, which was big and had a fully functional kitchen. I really liked the space. However there was a jackhammer going from 8:00 in the morning until 4:00 pm every day. And there was no escaping it -- you could also hear it while at the pool. When I talked to the manager, he apologized and offered to refund part of my stay. I never got the refund. We stayed for 3 nights, paid top dollar for a suite, and it was pretty miserable."
