"From the moment we entered the property our experience was less than ideal. The staff member at the front desk should not be working in the hospitality industry. She never smiled and only conversed when required to give or get specific information. She was actually rude on a number of occasions during our stay and sighed deeply when having to respond to any questions or needs. "This is the vintage-looking quaint motel you pass at the edge of a town on the two lane and think, "Wonder what that place is like?" Most of the time those businesses are on the downside of their existence and not that appealing. The Fairbridge Inn is different. Neat, clean, quiet and well kept with a comfortable bed and room..
