"First of all, having to walk up 27 steps with luggage is not easy task for seniors.
I suggest you are more clear about how to access the apartment.
Once inside, we had an issue with the coffee pot.
It was dirty! And it was replaced, thank you.
I get that Italians like espresso, the size of th.e pot was so small we had to make one cup at a timewtime.

"Clean room but noisy from the people above. Could hear conversations through the walls. The bar had no atmosphere and the staff were awful. It felt like we were bothering them when we ate/drank there. We asked for a wake up call and didn’t get it, luckily we were not relying on it. The hotel was in a good location for all transport links and clean."

"We had a wonderful stay at UNAHOTELS Century and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!
We travelled to Milan to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and although I had some difficulties getting in touch with the hotel before our trip to arrange a little surprise, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. When I mentioned this at check-in, the staff member was genuinely apologetic and kindly upgraded our room. Later that afternoon, we were delighted to find a lovely...

"The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices with vegetarian options. The courtyard off the lobby is a pleasant place to spend some time for a drink or an espresso. A good choice for work meetings/conferences or vacationing. The hotel is close to the Metro. "객실도 깨끗하고 침구류도 잘 정돈되어 있었어요.
지하철역 입구가 호텔입구에 바로 있어서 40도 무더위에 큰 도움이 되었어요. 주변에 음식점이나 마트도 여러군데 있어서 머무는 환경은 최고였던것 같아요.
그런데, 사소하지만 룸에 티슈가 없고, 프론트 직원은 별로 친절하진 않아서 아쉬웠어요."
