"The room we stayed in had a shower attachment that must have been water saving and was very old. The brand was Water Pik and it was white plastic. It took a long time to rinse the shampoo and body wash off. Worst of all, it made a screeching noise the whole time the shower was running, and it didn't matter which setting I turned it to. Also, the bed closest to the window creaked every time I turned in bed or moved. The HVAC system was a through the wall thing that was either blowing out air...

"Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics!"

I was initially assigned a studio room in a separate building behind the main hotel, and the room felt very old and had a strong unpleasant odor. The furniture was worn and outdated, the carpet looked like it needed a deep cleaning, and overall the room did not feel fresh or well maintained. I requested a room change and moved to the main tower, which was somewhat better, but unfortunately there was still a noticeable smell in the...

"Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised...
