"The room was clean but missing some items that we needed. Which is fine, but no one was at the front desk any time we went up there after 7pm. It was pretty frustrating."

"The breakfast was good. It was a standard continental breakfast. The lady that was helping Friday night was very friendly and helpful. However, the room is advertised as a 4-person room. My older daughter had to sleep in a friend's room as we had a double bed with a pull-out couch. Which was fine until we go to open the pull out and we had no sheets, a majorly stained mattress and it was a twin bed! How were we sleeping 4 people in that room? My kids are 13 and 15 and neither one would fit on...

"Drove up from florida for my mothers funeral. Online this place states it has a pool/hot tub, breakfast , coffee and the pictures show a quant, small town hotel. Reality is, its a run down, out dated, over priced dump! Pool and hot tub...out of order ( after talking with a few locals, they said it hasnt been operational for close to a year), no coffee maker in room, coffee maker in lobby...out of order. Breakfast...beware!!!! Reheated dried out egg (pucks), half cooked ( pink in the middle)...

"My daughter and I stayed in a queen studio for a 3-day dance competition (only a quick 10 minute drive to the Civic Center👍) The entire complex is very clean and our room was too. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full set of CLEAN silverware, and enough well kept utensils/cookware to make a few meals together.
