The people at the desk was not able to indicate how to arrive to historic centre of Jeddah, the rooms were made only if you ask explicitly to do them, the electronic key for the room has to be set up again everyday, the restaurant has only one paper menu which was shared among all the tables of the restaurant and people attending it..."

"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel.
