  • Casa con varias viviendas "Susanna", bonita de 3 plantas. En el barrio de Zer Bännu, a 800 m del centro, lugar tranquilo, soleado. En el inmueble: ascensor, sala guardaesquís, calefacción central, lavadora, secadora (uso comunitario, extra). Supermercado 800 m, restaurante 300 m, panadería 800 m, a 15 minutos del centro andando, parada autobús "Wiestibrücke" 400 m, estación de tren "Bahnhof Zermatt" 950 m. Tren de montaña, pistas de esquí, alquiler de esquís, parada de ski-bus 400 m, pista de hielo 900 m. La entrega de llaves se realiza por la agencia Interhome en Zermatt.
    Apartamento de 3 estancias 98 m2 en el 1° piso, orientación sur. Espacioso y luminoso, con mobiliario bonito y moderno: salón-comedor con mesa de comedor y TV. Salida al balcón. 1 dorm. con 1 cama doble (1 x 180 cm, 200 cm de longitud). 1 dorm. con 2 camas (90 cm, 200 cm de longitud). Cocina abierta (horno, lavavajillas, 4 placas de vitrocerámica, tostadora, hervidor de agua eléctrico, congelador, cafetera eléctrica, horno Raclette, set de Fondue (queso)). Baño/WC, ducha/WC. Very clean and actually more charming than the pictures show. It is quite a walk up the property from the main part of town, especially when you have to check in at the main office. We ended up taking taxis most of the time (especially with luggage and winter weather).

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Wenig Haken zum Aufhängen von Jacken / Skikleidung, keine Gewürze vorrätig. Effiziente Abwicklung durch das Interhome Team Zermatt.

Apartment Susanna, Zermatt

The apartment was spacious, clean, nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony offered excellent views of the Matterhorn. It was a bout a 15 minute walk to the own centre. We were very pleased with it, and indeed have rebooked for next year.

Appartamento ben arredato, spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Vista sul Matterhorn dal balcone adiacente il soggiorno. Ski room comoda all'ingresso. 15 min a piedi dalla partenza cabinovia Sonnega o dalla stazione dei treni.

Comfortale Familienwohnung

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen. Gross, chön eingerichtet und praktisch. Wir reisten mit Kinder (7-jährig ung 9-jährig an). Die Gehdistanz zu den Bergbahnen oder zur nächsten Busstation beträgt ca. 15min.

Nice apartment with great views

We enjoyed the stay for our family of 4. There was plenty of space and a well appointed kitchen. The laundry room is shared in the basement, but I never had an issue using it when I needed to. We had a little problem with the internet not working, but it was fixed promptly, even on a day when the rental office was closed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Wonderful property with a great view of the Matterhorn

We had a great experience here…the views are amazing and the apartment is very spacious for a family of 4. We had a little issue with the internet not working, but it was fixed (even on a day when the rental office was closed). The laundry room is shared in the basement, but I was able to use it anytime I needed to with no issue. There is a steep hill to climb if you plan to walk; not a problem for us, and there is also the option to call a taxi. Overall, great apartment and we would stay again.

Lovely chalet apartment

Check in was a bit difficult because the entrance to the property was actually beneath another building. Also the buildings don’t have house numbers on them so when the taxi driver left us, we had a difficult time finding the correct building. We arrived at night and after a little frustration we called Interhome and they guided us through the process. We loved the apartment! It was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. It was easy to walk to the historic city center and also the train stations. Thank you for hosting us!

2 weeks in beautiful Zermatt

Modern appartment, reasonably furnished however the beds and pillows were terrible (much too soft, no support), the steps from the road down to the entry of the apartment block were very steep and difficult to take large cases down (not advisable for people with small children or mobility difficulties). The lights in the living areas were also very dim, so not so great for reading in the evening and that was in summer! Also some larger saucepans are needed! Nice view from the balcony though!

Semaine de randonnées

Super appartement avec vue sur le Cervin. Il est spacieux et pratique. Balcon avec table pour 4-5 convives très ensoleillé. On regrettera la mauvaise qualité des matelas en mousse dans la chambre parentale. Une voire deux casseroles supplémentaires de plus grande capacité seraient souhaitable.

Die Wohnung am Hang bietet eine schöne Aussicht aufs Matterhorn. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet/ausgerüstet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Boden schien nicht feucht gereinigt worden zu sein.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, geräumige Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung im Haus Susanna bietet enorm viele Platz, eine super Ausstattung und eine tolle Sicht auf das Matterhorn. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Einzig der Fernseher ließ sich nicht in Betrieb nehmen- aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit
