  • Casa con varias viviendas "Granit", amplia, bonita de 5 plantas. En el barrio de Untere Matten, a 240 m del centro de Zermatt, lugar céntrico, tranquilo, soleado. En el inmueble: ascensor, sala guardaesquís, calefacción central. Supermercado, restaurante, bar 150 m, panadería 240 m, café 150 m, a 5 minutos del centro andando, parada autobús "Wiestibrücke" 170 m, estación de tren "Bahnhof Zermatt" 240 m. Tren de montaña, alquiler de esquís 240 m, parada de ski-bus 170 m, escuela de esquí 450 m, pista de hielo 240 m. Los taxis no pueden llegar hasta delante de la casa. La entrega de llaves se realiza por la agencia Interhome en Zermatt.
    Apartamento de 3 estancias 65 m2 en el 5° piso. Vivienda adecuada para 2 adultos + 2 niños. Con mobiliario confortable y agradable: salón con TV, radio y CD. Salida al balcón. 1 dorm. con 1 cama doble (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm de longitud). 1 dorm. para niños con 1 x 2 literas (90 cm, 200 cm de longitud). Zentrall

Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral und trotz das es ein Altbau ist, hat man seine ruhe. Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüssel Übergabe und Abnahme hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert.

Perfect location close to train station, grocery store, ski rental. We arrived late at night by train, after hours key collection was pre organised. Easy to locate and access apartment. Apartment was clean and suitable for 4 adults. Although small it provided ample amenities to cook meals. No microwave however can make do with pots, pans and oven. Ski storage in basement was handy.

Best View in the World

Everything with our stay in Zermatt was perfect! Arrival instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The best part was when we walked in to the bedroom and saw the view from the apartment. I have never stayed in a place with a more stunning view! Amazing! Perfect location for skiing and access to the trains. Easy to navigate around town, and close to grocery stores! We will be back again!

schöne, grosse 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung, etwas alt, die Fenster schliessen nicht richtig, in der Küche tropft der Wasserhahn und beim WC läuft das Wasser ebenfalls, das kann behoben werden. Die Küche ist extrem klein, obwohl es in der Wohnung sonst genug Platz hätte. Man muss wirklich alles mitnehmen. Doch wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, gute Matratze, gute Heizung, Lift, nahe vom Zentrum. Tolle Aussicht, wir waren im 5. Stock

Ferienwohnung zentrumsnahe

Die Wohnung liegt super Nahe am Zentrum. Bahnhöfe-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir konnten gut damit leben, dass die Wohnung nicht im neusten Zustand war und heruntergekommen wirkte. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist dass Einrichtungsgegenstände verschmutzt hinterlassen wurden, sogar Vogelscheisse auf dem Balkon wurde nicht weggeputzt. "Nachbarn" benutzten ihr Chemine und unsere ganze Wohnung roch nach Rauch, dies dauerte Tage, bis wir diesen Geruch wieder draussen hatten.

Nicht noch einmal

Die Balkontüren klemmen . Die Möbel und die Ausstattung sind total veraltet. Die Balkonbrüstung ist für Menschen über 1.75m viel zu klein und so sehr gefährlich. Die Küche bietet Platz für eine ! Person. Da wir ab dem 17.5. 02:00 bis 18.5. 18:00 keinen Strom hatten , wir aber die elektrischen Rolladen unten hatten , hatten wir nur einen Raum mit Tageslicht. Die ganze Wohnung war dadurch nur noch ein dunkles Loch da alle anderen Räume keine Fenster haben. Ein Urlaub war nicht mehr möglich.

Appartement très basique, nécessiterait quelques améliorations, 1-2 fauteuils car appartement pour 4 personnes et un seul canapé. Une machine à café serait la bienvenue.

Un logement simple, manquant quelque peu de charme mais bien placé. Un très mauvais point pour les coussins qui n'en sont pas. Il vaudrait vraiment la peine de les changer.

Haus Granit is perfect for a week with a young family

This is an excellent location for an apartment with nice sized rooms (excluding the kitchen), and a wide open view. It's within a 10-minute walk to 3 different train stations, and a bus stop, which made it easy to be on the slopes quickly. The apartment had an enormous amount of closet space which was a big plus. The main downsides were: the oldish/spartan furniture and the uncomfortable bed/sheets in the main bedroom; the dull generic building itself; and the handover of keys during check-in and check-out which is not convenient with luggage and kids. We would stay here again.

Nice location, great view, nice apartment

Overall it was great. Close to the train station, grocery store, main part of town. Excellent view of the town and the Matterhorn from the balcony. Apartment was large and well kept. The only two negatives were the very very small kitchen w/o a microwave, but since we didn't spend much time in the apartment that wasn't a big deal, and there is no clothes washer, which would be nice to have after a sweaty day hiking in the mountains. Key pick-up and drop off was pretty convenient. Overall one of our favorite apartments in Europe that we've rented.
