Villa Lux Croatia, boasting 180 m2 of living space, is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find the meticulously designed, open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen, equipped with all of the neccessities that you may need. Everywhere you look, you will find captivating decor details that enhance the warmth od the Villa, providing a feeling of home away from home. There is and additional toilet available on the ground floor, also.

The first floor of the Villa is composed of three beautiful, modern bedrooms with clean lines, yet with a touch of details to maintain the vibrant decor. All bedrooms have a double bed. Two bathrooms are available on the first floor – one with a shower and the other with a shower and a bathtub – for when you need just one more minute of relaxing and peace.

The outdoors of the Villa feature a large heated swimming pool, a covered terrace with seating and dining area, as well as a grand garden full of fun amenities for the entire family and a BBQ area. So, wheather you are in need of a refreshment in the pool, prefer basking in the sun on the sunlounger or you decide for a more active pass time – the garden has it all. It has a table tennis table, a basketball hoop and portable football goals, made to create and remember moments spent with family and friends. Just a few steps away from the villa is a beautiful public kid`s playground and some outdoor exercise equippment.

The completely enclosed property offers three complimentary parking spaces for it`s guests, and the house itself also provides A/C throughout and individually controled, PlayStation 4 game console, Cable TV and the amazing views of it`s surroundings.
