"Great stay in this beautiful area of Austria. First the positives( there were many).. The welcome from reception staff at the hotel was perfect. Hotel is in a fantastic location and is visually very attractive and well maintained. Hotel is very Austrian , charming with lots of character. Hotel offers lots of activities, swimming pool, fitness, health spa etc etc. We hired e bikes directly from the hotel for a very reasonable rate of 35 euro. "The hotel was rated 4 stars I booked a family room felt like a hostel. it was self checking no staff available for service after 6. Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture. Staying in a area like zel um see this hotel is not good for relaxing or enjoying the beautiful city, this is my third visit to Austria and this trip was 15 days long this hotel stay was the wrist of all.
