"We had a wonderful stay. It’s such a cute little cottage! Very clean and Gwen (the host) is so nice! We went end of December and it was really cold so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities, but it was nice. The site does say that it sleeps 4, but there is only one king bed… for those traveling with more people. Also, they do have WIFI, but no TV. "

"We always love staying here for firecracker 100, this was our 3rd time and we plan to try to stay here every year in the future. We love the area, the theming of the location, the outdoor area, and the bed is so comfy. Plus a bunk bed if we bring more people. Love it here so much and already want to come back."

"We really liked our top floor apartment that was up in the treetops. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Our only issue was that several items had not been restocked by the cleaner. The host was very responsive and brought them over the next day. Be aware that there are steep steps up to the top apartment."

"The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. The broiler drawer of the stove was filthy and unusable. The toilet base was moldy, and behind most doors were months of neglected dust. The small tan loveseat in the living room was so stained that we did not sit on it. Pictures were sent to the host who offered to send in a cleaning crew during our stay but refused to make a price adjustment for the dirty apartment that we found. Aside from these issues, a current exterior picture is needed...

"The heat I didn’t know that we couldn’t regulate so it was so hot some night and so cold some night. We were very upset about that. The cleanliness was OK. The comforter had a stain on it a sticky stain. No one replaced it it just was. It was just too hot and cold we didn’t get any sleep upset"

"The hosts, Lee and Michele were great. They were very accommodating, attentive, prompt to respond/resovlve any issues, and easy to reach. The property was well maintained, managed, modern, and clean. Plenty of amenities were provided including coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, paper products, cleaning products, linens, towels, etc. Washer, dryer, oven/stove(gas) were modern, efficient, and easy to operate. The walkway was kept clear of snow/ice/leaves. Free street parking. Check in and check out...
