Day of check in, I had not received check in info so I contacted the host. I was told the property was rented theough July and was not available. I called VRBO and they took an hour to confirm this. I was assured a 100% refund, but as of now I have only been refunded the service fee. I will be telling everyone I know and the BBB NOT to use this untrustworthy...

Kitchen stocked with whatever u might need to cook including seasonings/ oil/ Utensils etc. Hot tub worked well...we were unable to get temp any lower than 104 degrees despite settings on panel to lower temp and us giving it an hour , hoping it would lower enough for the pre teen kiddo... Lastly, You are expected to strip the bed linens yourself, place in hamper and then carry upstairs hamper downstairs, not a big deal for us but some...

"This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults, a 15 yr old and 9 yr old. The home had plenty of space for all of us, was equipped with everything we needed and more. We brought a badminton set and spent our evenings taking advantage of the big backyard and we even did some geocaching on the nearby walking trails.
